WHEN: Friday May 17th, 2013 from 9 am until Saturday May 18th, 10am

WHAT: Crossfit No Surrender and Owner will host and attempt 24 workouts of the day (WOD) in 24 hours to raise money for The Cancer Association of Greater  New Orleans. 100% of ALL money raised will go to CAGNO

HOW:  It’s simple…. Every hour on the hour, for 24 hours, a workout will start; all you have to do is stop in. You donate money to do a WOD and get it done !
